Assistant to Construction Manager

A large well established swimming pool company specializing in the
construction, renovation & service of concrete formed residential &
commercial pools, for 52+ years is looking for a motivated self-starter to join
our team and work in a fast-paced friendly environment!

Job Type:

We are seeking a FT Assistant to the Construction Manager. This is a very
diverse and rewarding position.

This is a seasonal (Feb/Mar - Dec) position that can get hectic during peak
hours. Generally, employees are laid off approx. mid-December during the winter months
to return in Feb/Mar of the following year. This position will consist of
full-time daily hours M – F, 7:00am – 5:00pm and most Saturdays.

Compensation:

Salary plus overtime with potential for company vehicle. Excellent
compensation based on experience and skill set. Paid holidays and sick time.

Job Description:

Assisting the Construction Manager with overseeing all crews and
construction. Inventory management. Daily setup of pallets with equipment for
jobs. Ensuring all jobs are properly completed to contract and customer
specifications. Ensuring each stage of construction is approved and signed off
of by the Customer. Follow-up with customers via in person, phone, and/or
email. Other such duties as needed.

Requirements: Must be 100% organized with the ability to
work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work under pressure in a
high-speed environment. Team player is a must. Must be able to multi-task, have computer
experience, and knowledge. Excellent phone and customer service
skills. Ability to lift 50lbs. Must have a valid driver's license. Must
have a high school diploma or GED and associates degree or equivalent experience

Construction and/or Swimming Pool Installation a definite plus!
