Class A CDL Driver

-home every weekend and possibly some through week if you live close to Fort Wayne
-Equipment is a combination of Volvos, International Pro Stars, and Freightliners with majority 3 years or newer
-Drivers can take truck home
-consistent miles avg. 2500 per week
-most drivers are still on paper logs (but they are preparing for the mandate)
-avg. pay 53k-55k first year
-paid holidays, vacations, annual bonus
Must be at lease 23 years old
Class A license must match state residence, (will accept applicants considering relocating prior to having an address)
Prefer the applicant to have 1 year experience but if they have a strong work history and clean record they would probably consider. (I would not ask them to consider any less than 8 or 9 months during trial)
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years and no more than 2 moving violations in last 1 year.
No MAJOR violations in last 2 years: No reckless/careless driving in last 3 years, No DUI in last 5 years, hit and runs or failure to report and accident, cell phone violations etc., 3 years.
No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries, or tow away in last 3 years

Salary: $53,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
