This is Lou Tocci, Im the Recruiter for Freedom Trans Dedicated over 6 yrs .
*Freedom is a Smaller Gainesville GA based carrier. 80 trucks.
Drivers Must have min of 18-24 months experience, will look 16mo+ at if safety/work record is good or verifiable military experience)
* You decide: Reefer or you can run flatbed * YOU CAN TAKE TRUCK HOME if safe place to park
* WE RUN 98% SOUTH & MW only a few NE loads and if youre uncomfortable we'll work with you.
* Run, Earn and GET HOME - QUALITY HOMETIME to fit needs of family .
Many areas Like GA-SC-TN-AL-NC drivers are usually home every week. Most of our freight is in and out of GA/AL
* Reefer OTR (Most drivers get .46 - .49 cpm to start for reefer, each person is different depending upon exp, driving and work history) 2700 - 3200 miles avail steady. We haul a lot for dedicated customers, mostly frozen poultry. Plus after 30-60 days a driver is reevaluated for a $.01-$.02 cpm pay increase based upon performance/safety.
* Flatbed OTR .47 to .50 cpm to start or % if you like $50 tarp & very little tarping if any. 2500 - 3000 miles avg .
Flatbedders avg $1300-$1800 week
* Freedom Drivers Average $1300 - $1700 week depending on how you like to run. . A few make more!
* RUN MOSTLY ALL SOUTH and Midwest and get home every other weekend for at LEAST 3 days ( and we are flexible ) and many weeks thru house at LEAST 1X a week ( unless you live in the middle of nowhere lol) and on the off week , most weeks youre usually home on weekend for reset.
For the most part Drivers CAN GET HOME Weekly if they want to!!!
* 2017 - 2019 Trucks that run 70-72 and we got 6 new ones coming in July-Aug
* Drivers Do avg $1300-$1700 week & A few make MORE. Its up to you , how you want to run. We load plan carefully to AVOID Sitting/Down time and YOUR DISPATCHER ACTUALLY TALKS WITH YOU.
* Paid Weekly - Direct Deposit
* Full benefit Pkg
* Day 1 Pet and Rider Policy
* Free Satellite DIRECT TV in trucks
* APU
* Refrigerator
* $150 for each clean DOT inspection
* Take Truck home
* Once approved 4-5 hour orientation in Gainesville GA . All done B4 you come.
