Hotel Renovations Superintendent

Supervise crews in the process of demolition and renovation of Hotels, guest rooms and public spaces, product knowledge and knowledge of all trades work and the performing of work within and around the Hotels being renovated, management of inventory on site and order additional inventory as needed to keep the renovations on schedule at all times. Send daily reports on progress and keep the renovations on schedule at all times. Monitor and take pictures on a regular basis throughout your day. Temporary relocations from job to job as assignments are established to the Hotel you live and Renovate.
