The ideal candidate must be SKILLED AND EXPERIENCED in the following areas:
** Property Maintenance and repairs to apartments, basic electrical, basic plumbing, Sheetrock repairs, woodwork and finishing details.
** The apartment make-ready process.
** Licensed HVAC great plus...
** WATER & MOLD REMEDIATION
** DRYWALL / SHEETROCK EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
** Truck mounted cleaning system for floors & water extractions.
** Strip & Wax Floors
**Pressure Washing Trailer
** Must be able to take a PROJECT from START TO FINISH.
** Be the LEADER OF THE TEAM or work SOLO
*MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE with CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
*Have a clear criminal background
* MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS!!!!
