Carpenter, helper, handyman

Looking for little experience to more experienced carpenter/handyman for work on construction sites and property maintenance for rentals. Will pay accordingly with experience, $14 and up. Job will include demo/remod, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, fixing misc household issues, etc. Flexible hours, good work environment. Must have a driver's license and dependable vehicle. Most work is in tri county area, mainly Oakland. Please send text if interested.
