john deere212

i have a john deere 212 for sale runs great has snow thrower. mower deck, snow thrower is on it. dont no if i have belt on rite dont throw snow very far. the only thing it needs is a deck tensioner has chains on tires . needs some gaskets leak a little oil .i want 1000 dallors for it.need to get walk behind dont have time or money to fix properly do to health issues .
