Older Sail Boat for play house

Have an older sailboat to get rid of. It would make a great play house, it is 18' X 7'. It has a cabin that is big enough to sleep 2. It is mounted on a trailer that I would like to keep but could discuss that. I have a playground slide that I could throw in the deal with a steering wheel. I would use it but my kids are getting older. Thinking $600. or BO. Also its fiberglass and maintenance free.
