This is a Vintage Victorian Mizpah Pin. They were very popular then. It's got 2 Connected Hearts with Trailing Ivy. It is 10KT & measures about 1.50" x 3/4". The inscription on it reads, The Lord Watch Between Me and Thee While We Are Absent One From Another. It is in lovely condition.
