Very comfortable,clean brown couch , with removeable cushoins .80 long-35 wide-45 - high. One side with a chase lounge 46 long-29 high-32 wide, No visible tears, no spots on top.. Underneath the cushions of the sofa ( not visible ), the fabric is torn. The Chase lounge is totally fine.
