New in box, never been used. Sat for 5 years. This is an Altera Cyclone IV development kit P/N DK-START-4CGX15N

Still sold by Altera but Google Digikey for a description (DK P/N: 544-2569). See photo's for Digikey and Altera product numbers. Worth $420. If there was free time-locked development software it has obviously expired. But, I believe Altera will still let you use some development environment for free for a certain period of time.
