I have a "mom & pop" cleaning business for 32 years, mostly residential.Am looking to sell.Have approximately 48 repeat customers ranging from every 2 weeks,once a week,& monthly.Mostly in the Cary,Apex,Raleigh & Garner area.Asking $50,000.00 price is negotiable Currently have 2 employees .Am willing to stay on for at least 2 months for the transition..PLEASE only serious people need apply.
