This unit is heavy duty less used less than two months then we moved from an house to apartment so no longer need it. It cools 1100 sq ft with ease the specks tell it all. I am asking $250.00 for it as it cost over 750.00 new last year. Made by LG and a dependable a/c unit. It is stored at a friends house in Collage Park no delevy. must pick up and will need help to get it on your pick up or in your van.
