Veteran with great local references needs room to rent.

I need a room to rent and hopefully on a long term basis. I need it starting june 3rd 2023. I have permanent income and get paid by the 3rd of every month and immediately pay my rent. I'm a disabled veteran and Walk with a cane. I take care of myself and I am very clean and neat. I'm extremely easy to get along with and don't have bad habits. I am 62 and I lived in Las Vegas for about 30 years and I have two older kids and several grand kids in Vegas. In 2016 I lost my wife to Cancer and was married 34 years and I left Vegas but am ready to come back and live out my life near my family. Please don't bother with scams it would only be a waste of your time. I like to get out often even though I don't drive because I went blind in left eye but can see just fine with right eye.
