Split tent and utilities

Female roommate wanted to split rent.and utilities..I have a 2 bedroom bath and a half apartment..you'd have privacy to your bedroom with descent size closet..access to kitchen..dining room..living.room and outside patio..must be responsible and dependable..I'm not going to hunt you down to pay tent..it's YOUR responsibility to give me your part of rent and utilities..which is rent and power..your other bills..are YOUR responsibility..NOT mine. Please call and leave voicemail..there will be a $25.00 application fee..if you'd like to come look at apartment..we can sett up a time.. during week..after 4..weekend..before lunch..
