Spacious bedroom with private bath available for room-share in a beautiful 2 bedroom condo nearby downtown Kirkland. I am looking to share this condo with another positive-energy, mature female who is interested in a long-term lease.

The Room

Single occupancy room with its own private bathroom and ample walk-in closet space. The space is light and comfortable.

The Condo

The common areas include a full kitchen, living room, back yard deck and patio off of the living room. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and Wi-Fi is included. 1 covered parking space is also included in the rent.

This is a quiet building with only 4 units and very friendly tenants. The condo is located within walking distance to the waterfront and downtown Kirkland and has been rated 97 on the walk-ability scale. It is also very close to a number of bus-lines.

About Me

Aside from being mature, tidy, and respectful, I love to read and cook. I work full-time and like to spend as much time outdoors during my off-time as I can. I enjoy good movies and spending time with my friends and family; especially if there is good food to be had!
