My wife and I have a furnished bedroom with a shared
bathroom across the hall. We are both Christian non-smokers and non-drinkers. We can rent
this room with all utilities included (Heat, AC, WIFI, Dish TV, use of extra-large
rec room and kitchen etc.) for $ 500.00 per month. Our home is a 3 bedroom rambler located in
Goldvein, VA which is 2 miles off Rt. 17, about 12 miles from Fredricskburg,
VA. It is on 5 acres, a quiet and
beautiful place to live not far from shopping, I95 and Stafford, VA. We have a
7 year old black lab who is very friendly.
