Room for rent - $900

I live with my two children a 9 year old boy and a 7 year old girl. I get them every two weeks. We are Less then 3 miles from downtown Huntington Beach and 2 miles from Seal Beach. Also Bella Terra and the 405 freeway as well as 1mile from Golden west college. I work all day and come home to clean and then leave. The place would mostly be yours. I expect a clean place but do a lot of the big stuff myself. The laundry room is in the building but near the garage. We have a beautiful park with a playground tennis courts and baseball and basketball field across the street. As well as the Huntington sports complex less than a mile up golden west. You would be right in the center of the heart of Huntington Beach
