Reasonable rent

I'm looking for a roommate who is clean to share a one bedroom apartment,and is ful time employed who can pass a background check and must provide proof of income. Room fully furnished. 900 a month all bills paid $100 + 900.00 first rent deposit plus $50 non refundable application fee. No drugs,no company and no noise, no alcohol,from 11pm until 8am in the morning
