I own a 3 bedroom home and would enjoy having a mature Christian female to enjoy it with. I live a very quiet lifestyle. I work hard and enjoy my life. The room for rent has its own microwave, desk, and refrigerator and storage space. It can be furnished with a full size bed or not. That's your choice. You must be employed full-time and able to meet your financial obligations on-time. I'm understanding, but all business when it comes to paying bills on-time.

Rent: $500

Deposit: $200-500 depending on credit

Application Fee: $50 including fee for a background check.

Previous rental references are a must. Please be prepared to provide proof employment.
