Looking for roommate - $950

You will have your room and bathroom. the room has a bed, desk, TV and internet. You also have your sliding glass door to the deck with all my plants to enjoy. This is 1/2 of all the bills.

I would like to have someone older and who speaks English. Must have a job for over a year to pay your share every month on the 1st. Does not have many friends for which I am a very private person and have no one who comes over.

I have one small dog that does not bark or bite.
