We pay the Utilities and Internet. 1 garage stall available. The heat downstairs is great. Not cold. Newly painted and carpets cleaned. Ready Now. We live 6 miles from Waconia and 6 miles to Watertown. Right off of Hwy 7. We have a small Boston Terrier. He is quiet. We travel alot. No kids. Prefer Single individuals. No couples. Not enough car parking space.
