Looking for a female roommate. To rent room in my small modest duplex in Southwest Lakeland. Close to bus line and stores. Prefer non-smoker, someone who lives a quiet life such as I do. Share kitchen and bathroom. Must be able to clean up behind themselves. Utilities included in rent. ($475.00)
To move it will be $600. Must be able to pass back ground check.
