Couple looking for room to rent - $600

We are an engaged couple looking for a room to rent in a nice area of Rochester New York or surrounding areas. We can only afford $600m(that's $300 a piece) we need a place that takes SSI and DSS. As well as allows smoking even if it's just outside. We are quiet and keep to ourselves. We are willing to do any nessary house chores. We also do our own shopping and cooking.
