Looking for a one bedroom apartment or Ground level suite.
Looking in the Abbotsford area.
Suite is needed for May 1st.
I am a mature woman, do not smoke, do drugs, nor do I party.
Am quiet, private, pay my rent on time, and keep my home clean and tidy.
Do not have a car, so need to be close to local transportation and shopping.
I have a cat , need to be in a Pet friendly home.
I am not in a position to pay A High Rent, as I live on a Pension.
The maximum I can pay would be $800.00 per month and that would have to include the utilities and access to laundry.
