Need Hickory dwelling/&/or roommate

I am a mature woman looking for a home, or perhaps rental to share (only reasonably priced) if I share. I will just reside solo rather than pay out over $500. w/ a roommate. I am a swf, employed, with own car, good references...(I am a Property Manager). Love animals, no kids, wild parties, drugs, mess. Only smoker friendlies need respond; I get it, but not smoking outside anymore.
