Looking for my new home

I will be moving to Philadelphia July 5th and I have not found an apartment that I can afford. So I'm going to put this out there. What I need is a studio or one bedroom apartment close in to downtown area I can pay $600 a month and I'm on a fixed income that is all I can afford. I have an emotional support animal, his name is Frank and I have his paperwork if having animals is an issue.
