Looking for an affordable room/apartment in Sanford fl

Hello my name is Michael. I am currently living in Cortland Vera Sanford Apartments. My lease is coming to an end on 06/30/2025 and I am looking for a new place to live. I am 60 years old I work full time in the office so no work at home for me. I work play video games and love to watch my sports, especially the NFL. I am looking for a small affordable apartment, or even a room for rent. I work in Lake Mary for Charter and I am looking to stay either in Sanford or lake Mary. If I rent a room I would prefer a private entrance or small studio as I do like my privacy. I am willing to set up a meeting to get to know the person renting me a room/ apartment.
