Looking for a barndominium, garage/workshop, building space/with Loft.

I need a place I can both work on Motor Vehicles in & a small area for a bed,tv,couch, fridge & bathroom.Like a loft or side room. Needs to have electricity, water, & heating or some kind. Has to have a door big enough to drive a full size truck through, and 1 bathroom. Willing to pay up to $700 a month. 1500square feet would be a perfect size (or bigger)…..
Needs to be South of lansing and or in Northern Indiana.
