Good monthly income no established credit NEED A CHANCE! - $2500

Looking for a long term rental home or duplex. I have over 7100 per month income. I have never established my credit. So finding a rental has been next to impossible for me. Every rental requires every adult in the home to have a 650 or higher credit score. And I just really need a break. I have a co signer who has great income and good credit. I just really need someone who is willing to take a chance. I can afford up to 2500 a month. I'm willing to answer any questions and meet with you if your willing to possibly rent to me. I need at least 2 bedrooms. And any area in Sacramento and or surrounding areas. I have no evictions and as I mentioned I do not even have an actual credit score. Which is very unique. I've been renting homes by the month on airbnb and paying 3600 to 5000 per month. I'm throwing away money and really need to find stable housing where I don't Have to move every month. And where I can pay normal rent.
