I am journeyman carpenter, looking for a 3 bedroom house to rent. There is myself, Pop's who is a Mason, and 78 years old and a friend who helps take care of him.
I'm looking for a rental that may need work, I can trade my labor for rent. Or part of rent, or just help to get moved in.
I'm currently framing homes in lubbock, and have access to what I will need to roof, and or repair any damage in or around home.
Currently pops is in Phoenix Az till I can find a home for him to come to Lubbock with me..
