Housemate - $500

I am looking for a mature female that would like to be my house mate in Roseland ,VA. The reason I ask for female is because I co-parent my 2 daughters and I must watch out for them when they are here. I will consider men. I have a 4 br a frame type house with 1 bath. 10 acres wooded and lawn with garden space. Someone that no smoking in house. Must be pet friendly. Large deck on back of house. Total use of house. I have internet and Direct TV. You can have the whole upstairs. I drink bottled water and use other for everything else. Very peaceful quite area.I am a nurse at UVA so working 3 12 hr days. My girls are usually here 2 weekend a month. HVAC. You will be responsible for your own food and will split or at least pay some on utilities 45 min from Charlottesville and 30 from Lynchburg.
