I have a timeshare at Christmas Mountain Resort in Wisconsin Dells WI. I have several weeks available to rent, rates are variable depending on the season. Please contact me for further information and available dates.

Spacious and cozy villa in a scenic resort with lots of activities and things to do on the resort, and the "Water Park Capital of the World" only a 15 minute drive away.

In the middle of gorgeous and green Wisconsin scenery sits this very nice and family safe resort. As you approach Christmas Mountain Village, driving between endless rows of picturesque pine trees, you will feel as if you’ve left the real world behind. The spring and summer seasons host vibrant green grass, leafy trees and colorful daffodils and wildflowers. Fall ushers in vibrant gold and red hues with crisp autumn air, followed by billowy snows that transform the landscape into a winter wonderland. Wildlife is abundant here, so keep your eyes open for deer, wild turkey and fox. There’s so much to do on this 1,200-acre family-friendly resort you may choose not to venture out. Strike up a game of tennis or go for a swim in indoor or outdoor pools. An activity Center offering crafts, mini golf, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, and walking paths. The 27-hole championship golf course features a putting green, a chipping green, a driving range and “Back of the Oaks: the best new 9 in the state. In the winter, you can enjoy some of the region’s best family-oriented downhill and cross-country skiing. Our 16 downhill runs feature beginner to black diamond slopes. Brush up on your skills with a ski school lesson, shred it up snowboarding, zoom down the snow tube run or experience the thrill of night skiing.

Downtown Wisconsin Dells offers many water parks just a short drive away, with many other activities including boat ride tours, Army Ducks, ziplines, minature golf, shows, a small zoo, great restaurants with a variety of cuisines, and shopping.

The best way to get around is by driving, and parking on the resort is free.

There is free wi-fi in the units.

I can request wheelchair accessible if booked far enough in advance. Pets are not allowed on the resort, but there is a "Pet Resort" just a five minute drive away. Smoking is not allowed in the condo, but allowed outside on the deck.

Minimum age for check-in: 18
Check-in: 2 p.m.
Check-out: 10 a.m.
Smoking policy: Smoking permitted outside on balconies and patios, including those at restaurants and retail outlets. Guests who smoke inside the unit are subject to a $300 deep cleaning fee. Ionizers available upon request.
Parking: On site, no charge, one vehicle per unit. Parking available for additional vehicles.
$100. deposit required at check in: Major credit card required at check-in. If all is OK at check out, deposit is returned

This is a CONFIRMED Bluegreen Resort reservation. I am a Bluegreen owner and not a travel agent or timeshare salesperson. To help you feel more comfortable with the transaction, I will provide a Rental Agreement with all of the details and switch the reservation to your name after payment.
