am offering a nice room to rest and sleep (airbnb/hotel style), with private
bathroom, maximum 15 days at a time.WiFi and essentials (towels, toilet paper,
shampoo, soap, clean sheets, dryer included). Fresh coffee available to make
every morning plus rights to kitchen (light cooking on top of stove, no baking,
no conventional oven available) dining table and a nice tiny back yard
available to enjoy the outdoors as desired. Utensils available. Great for
travelers and/or professionals in business trips. Sorry, no kids, no pets, NO
DRUGS, NO SMOKING AT ALL (not even for medical purposes) inside or outside the property.
Enjoy great nights and feel refreshed and ready to start your day with the
enchanting sounds of the crowds, birds and squirrels. A cute, small gym with
some weight lifting machines and a couple of treadmills is available, as well
as a fenced swimming pool. So many kind of stores is on the main avenue, at a
walking distance, so you will not need to rent a car unless you plan to go
further distances. Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks are not far from Fresno,
plus many other places to visit or entertain you while vacationing or doing
business. $20 a day per person ($25 for 2 people). Near to Laundromats, fast
food and not fast food restaurants, gas stations, freeways, public transport,
the Yosemite international airport, supermarkets (one next door and open 24/7),
Walmart and many more conveniences at a walking distance. There are available
parking spots around the 2 complex' private streets where no number is written
