Looking for a building to lease or lease to own in the Mishiana area 2000+ sq feet . Wherehouse preferred as long as zoning permits animal friendly business. Must also be flexiable on adding kennels, bathing units, specific flooring and the possibility of building walls depending on the layout. I have been heavy searching and I just need some help! Elkhart, Bristol, Edwardsburg, Union! Please please let me know!!!!!! I have been in the animal industry for over 20 years. I groom, train, and I am a licensed veterinary technition. I hope to expand all of my love and knowledge to open an amazing business in the area. I have a full staff already waiting! We just need the perfect building!
