Private USU Student Housing Room: The Factory

It's a private (female) room with a queen sized bed and a large window. Rent is $450 a month which includes utilities, access to all amenities, and everything else! THE MONTH OF AUGUST IS ALREADY PAID FOR. This is also at a discounted price so it's the cheapest private room in the building. There is access to a gym, hot tub, theater room, volleyball nets, and game room which includes pool, ping pong, and bowling. The walk to campus is only 5-10 minutes and there is a bus stop right out front which makes getting to class in the winter super easy!
