College student looking for roommate

We are looking or hoping to find a roommate for our son which right now lives in Wisconsin but is moving to San Mateo California- July , 2018 to start college and play football come this fall.
We are hoping to find someone that is either just attending San Mateo or maybe another athlete.
We will be willing to of course split rent and help supply any appliances they might need.
