Amazing apartment lease takeover - 5 mins from airport and mill

This apartment is amazing! ON the pool, and JUST renovated! I’m the first person to live here since they fully renovated everything! I’m just moving out of town. 872 square feet. 1 bedroom/ 1 bath, but both the kitchen and bathroom have a double sink so perfect for a couple as well. Kitchen fridge has a built in ice maker, and there is SO much storage in the kitchen under the sinks and above the counters, and there is a very deep cupboard. Dishwasher as well. Hallway closet and shelving above the in until washer and dryer, which is already in the apartment! Very large living room - I have a couch and an oversized chair, an ottoman and a coffee table and it still feels empty along with a tv stand and 2 side tables. The apartment complex is gated. Has a gym with a yoga studio as well. They also have a 32 person movie theater that residents can rent out to watch movies in too.
*this is a lease takeover so you would be paying me for the $300 deposit that is already on the lease, and you need to have the finances and pass their credit check.
* I have LOADS of other photos but it only lets me post 3, and you can come and see it if you want!
*this lease runs through May of next year. Looking for someone to takeover as soon as possible- COULD stay until mid August but I need the paperwork handled by the end of June so looking to get this done in the next 2 weeks.
*apartment 5 mins from mill, 5 from the airport, and 15 from old town Scottsdale. Right across from a post office and within 5 mins from a Walmart and loads of food places!
Rent is $970 and normally around $1015 after water and tax.
