looking for situation/help

My mother passed a week ago, and I've lived in a family owned home for 28 years: raised a daughter here, been a part of my community. For reasons too personal to detail on Craigslist, I am in need of a new home. I am physically disabled, and live on a very limited SSI income. I have a DL, and an old car. I am a good cook, still capable of light cleaning, responsible, and just wish some privacy and to start over.

Though I cannot afford much in rent, I am capable in the services I describe. I am a good caregiver and companion. I am 55, responsible, but (lol) no stick in the mud or judgemental. I have a big heart, lots of compassion and am willing to move just about anywhere. I have worked hard in my life, but somehow have still ended up with nothing, though working daily to not have an attitude of bitterness but gratitude for whatever the next day brings.
