ICE CREAM SCHOOL

NOW OFFERING ICE CREAM COURSES. I offer hands-on training in
a practical environment. Perfect for anyone thinking of starting their own
homemade ice cream business. I attended Penn State’s Ice Cream 101 Course:
Introduction to Frozen Desserts, as well as, a hands-on course similar to the
one I’m providing.

Course consists of making small batch, hard scoop ice cream
recipes on the Emery Thompson CB-350, cleaning, sanitizing and creating flavors
from scratch. You will also take home over twenty recipes of the flavors I
feature in my shop. I also provide business insight into what works and doesn’t
work when starting your own business. Along with all the mistakes I’ve made
when I first opened my shop.

This is a one-day course held on Mondays. Class size is
restricted to no more than four people. One-on-One classes are also available. Please
