Cert.Caregiver/Medication Admin Assist/ Manager

Hi, I have just over 30years exp as a Caregiver, 5yrs Cert Med Admin Assist, and in management Depts. I've worked for big facilities, Assisted Livings, and private duty home care. I'm CPR/AED Certified, First Aid Cert ( both at healthcare provider level) and my Background Clearance Card is pending (exp in 2017)from the St of Az. Caring for patients with mental disabilities, infant Care, to elder care as well as the challenges of Dementia/Alzheimer's diseases, current TB Screening with Neg results in 10/2017. Fee based on level of care needed.
