Sunroom is attached to my house and is approx. 6 x12 and 8 ft high. It is attached to the overhang of the existing structure which makes the room 8x12. It has an aluminum frame that supports all the windows. Sunroom is screwed to the wood frame of the house and is held up by a stone wall. Sunroom must be removed in two weeks by the buyer.
