$600 a month including Uitiites

I have a unfurnished room in my two bedroom appartment to rent out. I am retired and looking for female over the age of 50. Must be clean, no smokeing, no drama. You will also have your own bathroom and I do not have a car so will have a covered parking spot. I have a laundry room in my unit. I have two dogs and will intro them to you. You must fill out a application from the leasing office and there is a $51.10 fee as they will do a background check. My lease is until July but I have lived here for over nine years now. I do have Internet and WiFi no cable TV but we can talk about that. The complex I live in has been doing alot of inprovements. Just had new roof put on, outside units painted, all outide windows have been replaced and a new steel front door put on. These units were buildt in 1969. I will not post my number will give it out if your wanting to see the place.
