Looking for a room to rent

My name is Shawn Cosart. I am 41 years old and born and raised in the Bay Area. I am dependable, clean and quite. I work full time locally in the Bay Area and after a small time that I spent in Atlanta Georgia I came back to San Mateo. I have been working for a warehouse kitchen in San Mateo for the past 5 years as a warehouse/kitchen manager where I have been staying. The current owner has recently decided to sell his property and has found a buyer. I am looking for long term housing however am willing to do shorter agreements if necessary. I am looking for a room to rent close to the San Mateo area (which is close to my work) within my $975 budget. Please feel free to ask me any further questions you may have.
