This area has more fish, fishing, game and hunting, birds, butterflies, all manner of wild life... even some black and white squirrels made it here from the northeast. I was surprised when I saw them. Had to check and see they were real and I was not seeing things. I am selling one of my great ready to build lots so I can put the money into my retirement home I am building. I will consider selling a couple of my remote lots for campers too.
