• Leasing up vacancies
• Detailed management of screening tenants and leasing to excellent residence
• Insure rents are received timely
• Daily deposits
• Rent role daily management
• Insure entire property is clean and tidy
• Coordinate timely make ready’s with maintenance
• Inventory control
• Answering residents inquires

• 3 years’ experience in multifamily, hotel, storage or similar industries.

• Certificates of expertise not required with solid experience
