WHEN RYZEN 7 CAME OUT I PURCHASED THAT INCLUDING GPU. DUE TO THE EXCITEMENT, I OPENED BOX BUT;
1. NEVER INSERTED INTO A PC.
2. NEVER POWERED
3. WATER BLOCKS AND ALL OTHER JTEMS NEW
4. COMPLETE PACKAGE
