Furnished Room for rent

I'm renting out a furnished bedroom in my mobile home, with full house privileges. You would have your own full bathroom and there is a washer and dryer for doing your laundry, a driveway to park your car and a little bit of space in a storage shed out back.

I prefer a male renter and no pets are allowed.

To move in, 1st and last rent are required, and if you don't have all of the last rent, you can split it into payments.
