ISO a free handicap van

My wife and I are both physically handicaped, but I am the only one able to drive. We are in dire need of a new, or used handicap van. We both collect social security retirement,we have medicare,and medicad,snap and comodity benefits. We can provide our social security award letter,and any documentation that you need that will verify our disability. We have a car but it is getting to hard to get in and out of it plus we can not take our wheelchairs with us to we can shop pay bills,and go to and from the doctors appointments. With a handicap van we can be more dependent on ourselves.we have no family to help us.We used trandportation services before and they were very rude to us plus they only go so far to doctors appointments,and our medical benefits will not pay for any extra miles. please help us if you can thank you.
