2005 Mitsubishi Lancer ES

I have a vehicle that will not pass smog so I can not register it and get license plate for it. My mechanic says it needs a OBD bulb check. The smog check also stated Cylinder 4 misfire detected and a Catalyst 1 Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1. I don't have the time or money to fix. The car runs and is good on gas. The roof of the car is peeling. Radio ,heater and AC work fine. Asking price 1500 or best offer. Only serious individuals apply.
